Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following privacy policy. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by junadevaliyasardarunity.com from time to time.
1. By visiting or signing up at Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya, you consciously accept the privacy policy as set out below. In addition, when you use or visit any current or future Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya service or any business affiliated with Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya, whether or not included in the Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya website or mobile application, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such services or businesses.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials that you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Please read the various services provided by Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya before making any payment in respect of any service. Users availing services from Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya shall be deemed to have read, understood, and expressly accepted, and agreed to the terms and conditions herein. This agreement shall govern the relationship between you and Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya and all transactions or services by, with, or in connection with Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya for all purposes, and shall be unconditionally binding between the parties without any reservation.
4. All rights, privileges, obligations, and liabilities of you and/or Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya with respect to any transactions or services by, with, or in connection with Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya for all purposes shall be governed by this agreement.
5. Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya's team can use your profile and photo for marketing purposes. The terms and conditions may be changed and/or altered by Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya from time to time at its sole discretion. Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya shall act on the basis of the information that may be submitted by you, believing the same to be true and accurate, even if the information is provided during the registration by your family, friends, or relatives on your behalf with your express consent.
6. We cannot guarantee and assume no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the website. You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose. Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya is under no obligation to verify the accuracy or genuineness of the information submitted by you. The minimum age for registering with Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya is 18 years for women and 21 years for men, with a maximum age limit of 70 years.
7. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capability to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited nor disabled by any law in force from entering into a contract.
8. You have gone through the Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them. If at any time Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya, in its sole discretion, believes that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya reserves the right to immediately terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya without any refund of any monies paid to Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya. After your paid account activation, your payment will not be refunded under any condition.
9. Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya. Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles. The organization has the right to make changes in the registration fee or registration type without prior notice.
10. The registered profile will be first verified by our office, and only after verification will it be activated within 24 hours. For paid members, contact details will be activated after 24 hours of payment approval. It is clarified that the information written in the profile is filled in and last-updated by the candidate. Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya is not responsible for the veracity of the information contained in the forms.
11. The website is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and information for its registered users/guests who have a bona fide intention to enter into it. The website may not be used for dating, friendship, live-in relationships, or to monitor the first or subsequent contacts, information, and/or interactions that may take place among/in between registered users due to any information specified on the website.
12. You hereby confirm that, as of the date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receiving emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and calls from Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya and members of Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya, as long as you are a registered member of Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya, including SMS permission for authenticating mobile verification and transactions via OTP sent by the Payment Gateway. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you, with or without registration under the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
13. You confirm that the content and information, including personal information, provided by you is correct and accurate.
14. You are strongly advised to submit a copy of your Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, or any other government-issued identity and add a trust badge to your profile.
15. It is necessary to provide a registration number for any communication or transaction.
16. You acknowledge that you cannot sue Sardar Unity Juna Devaliya or any of its employees for any damage done to you through the site.
17. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2008 and rules thereunder pertaining to electronic records as applicable and amended, and hence does not require any physical or digital signature.
